1.Appointment Cancellations

Clients may cancel scheduled consultations under the following conditions:

  • 24+ hours before appointment: No cancellation fee
  • Less than 24 hours: May be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of payment

2.Rescheduling Policy

Clients may reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance without penalty

Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours may not be guaranteed

3.No-Show Policy

Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will be considered a no-show, and:

  • The session will be marked as completed
  • No refund or reschedule will be provided

4.Project & Ongoing Services Cancellation

For ongoing consulting or project-based services:

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing
  • Work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed and non-refundable
  • Any remaining balance may be reviewed case-by-case

5.Company-Initiated Cancellations

If we must cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances:

  • You will be offered a reschedule option, or
  • A full refund (if applicable
